A number of these Lenders provide us with a dedicated team of onsite underwriters, which allows us to produce offers direct from our Head Office.
Our Packaging Teams work for you and not the Lender, therefore like you, we want your applications to complete as quickly as possible. Statistics show that conversion rates on applications we package are higher than those submitted direct.

To help you when placing complex or difficult cases with any of the Lenders on our Packaged Panel you can contact our Mortgage Enquiry Team. Our Team receives regular training from the Lenders on our Packaged panel and are constantly updated on policy changes which can save you time and ensures you receive up to date information.
