You can choose from our Direct to Lender arrangements or use our Packaging Department
who can take the hassle away from processing more difficult applications.
Packaging Service
In addition a number of Lenders on our Packaged panel provide us with a dedicated team of on site underwriters, which allows us to produce offers direct from our Head Office.
Our Packaging Teams work for you and not the Lender, and like you, we want your applications to complete as quickly as possible. Statistics show that conversion rates on applications we package are higher than those submitted direct to the lender.
Mortgage Enquiry Service
Our Mortgage Enquiry Team is on hand to help you place complex or difficult cases with one of the Lenders on our Packaged panel. Our Team receives regular training from the Lenders on our Packaged panel and are constantly updated on policy changes, which ensures that you can be confident that you will receive up to date information.
