Our Area Development Managers take responsibility for the supervision of all competent Advisers as well as providing advice and guidance so you can make the most of all the opportunities available.
Comprehensive Development Programme
In addition to your dedicated Area Development Manager, you will also have access to our Adviser Development Programme which has been designed to provide you with a relevant programme of activities to help you maintain and improve competence. Our programme is delivered through one to one meetings, Regional events and via our online Development Zone.
Once your application to join has been received you will be introduced to your Area Development Manager and be given access to our secure website so you can access our Development Zone which includes:
