Our established and tested regime includes Training & Competence and Fitness & Propriety schemes which are monitored by our Compliance Team and our Area Development Managers (ADMs) based around the country.
Before you join, you will be invited to attend one of our foundation courses which will provide you with information about how to make the most of our services and an update on our processes.
Once appointed you will be assigned a dedicated ADM who is there to assist you with any compliance queries that you may have.
Our Compliance Team is made up of experienced and professional individuals who aim to help firms 'get it right'. We are aware that compliance can sometimes be time consuming and a 'pain', which is why your dedicated ADM will assist you in a way that will allow you to spend more time growing your business.
To effectively manage your Training & Competency we use an online system called Competent Adviser. Competent Adviser is a unique online competence testing and knowledge solution designed by experienced industry professionals. It is used to set online tests as well as any reading on hot topics within the industry. It also gives you a system to log and monitor your CPD.
As the scheme is online it means you can use it when it suits you and we can monitor your usage remotely.
